SPORTS HALL FLOOR REFURBISHMENT

We are delighted to inform you that the funding has been made available for the refurbishment of the sports hall floor.

This work is vital to ensure the longevity of the sprung wooden boards.

This does unfortunatly mean that the whole hall will be out of use from MONDAY 12th DECEMBER and will reopen on MONDAY 3rd JANUARY.

The cost per class is £5 on the door (£2 for Canford Sports Centre Members).

We are delighted to announce the purchase of a new addition to the C.V. range, a hand bike. This will prove popular with members who have lower body injuries, members who want a good warm up before starting their weight training session and those who just want to try a different way to have a C.V. workout!

The hand bike is from the Technogym range and as such benefits from all the functions of the existing C.V. equipment (Freeview T.V. DAB radio and Wellness Key).
