The Main Hall
This is one of the largest sports halls in the region. It can be divided comfortably into two or even four areas to accommodate a range of simultaneous activities. These can include badminton, volleyball, indoor bowls, table tennis, cricket, 5 a-side football, basketball and indoor hockey. All these activities are in addition to trampolining and gymnastics. Astro Turf Pitches

Canford Sports Centre manages two Astro turf pitches for team games such as football, hockey etc. on behalf of Canford School. These pitches are available for use by members and the general public by advance booking. Availability is limited, being subject to the requirements of the school. Please ring 01202 847524 for enquiries.

Swimming Pool
The new heated swimming pool is 25 metres in length and provides 6 lanes.

Fitness Facilities
The Fitness Suite provides a range of equipment enabling members to train for both strength and fitness. Personal fitness programmes can be tailored to suit individual requirements. A number of fitness classes are available, ranging from cycle spinning to pilates. Please ask for details. The development which will give us the new, larger, swimming pool will also provide a fitness suite almost twice the size of the existing facility. The new suite will  be fitted out with upgraded equipment and the increased space will allow us to include more pieces of equipment.
